<li>A short stroll through the lock that separates 2 harbours, one in the water and the other dry at low tide.</li>
<li>Pointe de la Rognouse offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and Cape Fréhel.</li>
<li>If the weather is fine, a cruise on <strong>Olivier's catamaran</strong> in the Bay of Saint Brieuc to discover the coastline from the sea is a must.</li>

Very fine collection of azaleas, rhododrendrons and acer.  Classified as a &quot;remarkable garden&quot;. Visits from April to September.</p>

<p>Les Rosaires, a park in the Gouédic valley in Plérin, is an extraordinary space dedicated to nature and the preservation of biodiversity. The park is divided into several areas, including a dry garden, flower meadows, bird boxes, beehives and a hedgehog shelter.
Free access from the town centre via the Parc des Promenades. A great walk for families.</p>

Cottage for families looking for the joys of the sea in Brittany

<p>La maison de Saint-Ké is an ideal stopover for visiting the bay from Paimpol to Saint-Brieuc. A charming seaside resort in Northern Brittany, you'll discover a rich heritage and beautiful beaches. <strong><a href="https://lesciresjaunes.com/en/articles/cottage-walking-holiday">Everything within walking distance of your cottage</a></strong>
In the town, in a quiet area, perched on the heights of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, this fisherman's house has been restored to its former splendour. Its grey shutters, red brickwork and flower-filled garden illuminate the façade. It has a contemporary, up-to-the-minute look, with the whitewashed walls of our grandmothers' houses.
The entrance to the house is in a small, light-filled building, surrounded by greenery and a reading corner.  A waxed concrete floor in soft, light colours, brightened up by a pretty lime green, gives the house a soft, comfortable feel. The décor is rounded off by a selection of second-hand objects.  A contemporary ambience that retains the authenticity of the stone walls.</p>

Lovers will fall under the spell of this natural setting. Kerégal is a small hamlet located between the green valley and the Palus beach.</p>

<h3>Hike along the customs path facing the blue immensity.</h3>
<p>Discover the highest cliffs in Brittany. A beautiful walk awaits you. From the Palus beach, take the staircase next to the Chez Paulette restaurant. A few steps and you're on the GR 34. On the path along the coast, you'll come to the Pointe de Plouha - 104 m - with a magnificent view over the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, the port of Gwing Zégal, the Plage Bonaparte and finally the Plage de Bréhec.
We love this walk for its wild, unspoilt landscape.</p>

<h3>Discover the beaches of Plouha</h3>
<p>Plouha's coastline has plenty of beaches to enjoy a relaxing swim.</p>
<p>Plage du Palus is a lovely beach where families like to meet up.
A play park makes this an ideal spot for families with very young children. There are swings, a zip line, a course and a play area with a net for older children. This is my beach!</p>

<p>In Port Moguer, the beach is hidden from view behind the rocks on your right.  Be careful when the sea rises!</p>
<p>Bonaparte beach, formerly known as Anse Cochat, is a hot spot for resistance fighters. Bonaparte is the code name used by the resistance: the Shelburn network.
It is a very popular beach for nature lovers. Access to the beach is via a tunnel dug into the cliff.</p>

<p>The beach at Bréhec is a meeting place where friendships are made.</p>
<p>In the commune of Tréveneuc, Port Gorêt beach is undoubtedly one of the wildest in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc.</p>
<h3>Discover the charming little port of Gwing Zégal.</h3>
<p>Discover this ancient anchorage! Along the customs path, you'll reach the port of Gwin Zegal.  This 5ᵉ century anchorage, made up of piles, allowed boats to moor.

<h2>Visit the chapel of Kermaria An Iskuit</h2>
<p>This is a must-see during your stay in Plouha. This chapel, listed as a Historic Monument, takes you back through the history of the 15ᵉ century. With its beautiful exterior architecture, it houses a fresco depicting a danse macabre: the powerful civilians and religious of the time, the simple folk, forming sarabands while holding hands with numerous skeletons. All equal in the face of death!

<p>Your accommodation by the sea in this cosy in Brittany, welcoming fisherman's cottage. A real haven of peace! Le rêve de Jules is the perfect base from which to (re)discover Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, the Sillon de Talbert and, a little further afield, the Côte de Granit Rose.
With its slate roof as blue-grey as the Brittany sky, this is the gîte for lovers. Its look oscillates between Scandinavian and industrial, while keeping an eye on the past. A true haven of peace.
You push open the gate and immediately the magic happens. A garden planted with trees and flowers invites you in. Through the door, the cement-tiled entrance opens onto a comfortable, refined living room with a wood-burning stove for grey days, large armchairs and superb light oak parquet flooring. The light and airy kitchen leads out onto the garden with its terrace and sun loungers.</p>

<h1>CONDITIONS OF SALE</h1>
<p>Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your gîtes and gardens.
Departures <strong>before 10am</strong>. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.</p>
<p><strong>The price</strong> : The price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating).
For the guest houses: la maison d'Amandine, le repère de Julie &amp; le rêve de Jules: wood is provided <strong>from 15 September to 15 May</strong>. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of compressed wood. Additional logs: €8 per pack.</p>
<h2>BOOKING</h2>
<p><strong>Payment</strong> Reservations become effective once we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled their stay. In this case, the gîte will be offered for rental again and no refund will be made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> is €300.</p>
<p><strong>Tourist tax</strong> is €0.85 per night per adult.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong>
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or by email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the les Cirés Jaunes
1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid.
2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% deposit retained by the owner.
3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner.
4 - Shortened stays or no-shows are non-refundable and the owner may re-let your stay.

<p><strong>Capacity</strong> This contract is for a specific number of people.</p>
<h2>YOUR DEPARTURE</h2>
<p><strong>On your departure</strong>, we will carry out an inventory of fixtures together.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> will be returned on your departure, if the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay does not reveal any damage, loss or insufficient cleaning. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at new price and deducted from the security deposit.</p>
<p><strong>Cleaning</strong>
We leave it up to our guests to choose whether they wish to clean the gîte themselves or take out a cleaning service.</p>
<p>1- You do the cleaning yourself.
The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as we left it for you. You should allow between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the gîte. If the housework is not done satisfactorily, we will be obliged to charge you €25 per hour for cleaning.<br />
**What cleaning needs to be done? dishes and kitchen utensils must be clean and tidy, small and large electrical appliances cleaned (coffee machine, hob, oven, toaster, etc.), shower/bathtub cleaned, washbasin and WC cleaned, floors vacuumed and washed, dustbins emptied and barbecue cleaned.</p>
<p>2 - If you have taken out the housekeeping option, all you have to do is put away the clean dishes, empty the bins and sweep up. Leave the gîte in a clean and tidy condition.

<h2>YOUR STAY</h2>
<p>**Dogs ** are accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. 5 € per day per dog 1 DOG PER GITE.</p>
<p>**Houses are strictly non-smoking **.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday accommodation insurance</strong> Check with your insurance company to see whether your comprehensive home insurance policy includes an extension for holiday accommodation. If not, we advise you to take out holiday insurance.</p>

<h2>Rates for gîtes</h2>
<p>Prices are per week, including charges (water, electricity, heating). For the gîtes la M. d'Amandine, le repère de Julie, le rêve de Jules and la M. de Saint Ké: Wood is supplied from 15 September to 15 May. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of wood. Additional compressed logs: €8 per pack.
We provide bed and kitchen linen - bed made on arrival.
In June, July, August &amp; September priority every 14 days.</p>

<h3>Wood-burning stoves</h3>
<p>All our gîtes are equipped with wood-burning stoves. Wood is supplied from October to the end of April - 4 boxes of 8 logs or equivalent for a week's rental. Before your arrival, we will prepare a fire for you to light.</p>
<h3>Selective sorting.</h3>
<p>We ask our guests to sort their rubbish. A gesture for the planet</p>
<h4>Yellow bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>All metal packaging: tins, cans, aluminium trays, aerosols, coffee capsules.</li>
<li>All paper and cardboard packaging in the yellow bin: food cartons, pizza boxes, egg cartons, paper bags, yoghurt pots.</li>
<li>All plastic packaging: water bottles, orange juice, toothpaste tubes.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Brown or green bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Anything that cannot be recycled.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Black bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Put glass bottles and jam jars separately, without metal, plastic or other caps.</li>
</ul>
<p>If the bins are not sorted, or are sorted incorrectly, they will no longer be collected by the waste collection company. We will therefore deduct from your deposit the time spent doing this for you (€50 per hour).</p>
