CONDITIONS OF SALE
Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your gîtes and gardens. Departures before 10am. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.
The price : The price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating). For the guest houses: la maison d'Amandine, le repère de Julie & le rêve de Jules: wood is provided from 15 September to 15 May. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of compressed wood. Additional logs: €8 per pack.
BOOKING
Payment Reservations become effective once we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled their stay. In this case, the gîte will be offered for rental again and no refund will be made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.
The security deposit is €300.
Tourist tax is €0.85 per night per adult.
Cancellation All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or by email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the les Cirés Jaunes 1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid. 2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% deposit retained by the owner. 3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner. 4 - Shortened stays or no-shows are non-refundable and the owner may re-let your stay. Capacity This contract is for a specific number of people.
YOUR DEPARTURE
On your departure, we will carry out an inventory of fixtures together.
The security deposit will be returned on your departure, if the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay does not reveal any damage, loss or insufficient cleaning. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at new price and deducted from the security deposit.
Cleaning Cleaning service is compulsory
- Gîte 1 bedroom: €70
- 2-bedroom gîte: €80
- 3-bedroom gîte: €100
If you have subscribed to the cleaning service, all you have to do is put the dishes away, empty the bins and sweep up. Thank you for leaving the gîte in good condition.
YOUR STAY
**Dogs ** are accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. 5 € per day per dog 1 DOG PER GITE.
**Houses are strictly non-smoking **.
Holiday accommodation insurance Check with your insurance company to see whether your comprehensive home insurance policy includes an extension for holiday accommodation. If not, we advise you to take out holiday insurance.
