<p>The Côtes d'Armor (North Brittany) is one of the four departments of Brittany, along with Ile et Vilaine, Morbihan and Finistère.  Its spectacular coastal landscapes, its beaches, its breathtaking cliffs - Plouha at 106m - and its towns full of character make it a very popular region. It is divided into four coasts</p>

<h3>Recipe for all gourmets: duo of tartars: seaweed and salmon serves 4</h3>
<p>200 g of the three seaweed mix (dulse, nori and sea lettuce) in dehydrated flakes
2 cl lemon juice, 2 cl cider vinegar, 1 mustard glass olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped capers, 200 g salmon fillet, 1 chopped shallot, 1 lime juice + zest, 1 tsp chopped coriander, 1 drizzle olive oil, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, Espelette pepper, salt, white pepper</p>
<ol>
<li>Place the seaweed flakes, lemon and vinegar in a salad bowl and toss. Add the glass of oil, capers and garlic. Mix well and chill.</li>
<li>Chop the salmon with a knife. Place in a cul-de-poule with the shallot, salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli. Mix, taste and adjust if necessary.</li>
<li>Drizzle over the oil and lemon juice, then add the zest and coriander. Mix well and chill.</li>
<li>Just before serving, use a pastry cutter to arrange the salmon tartar and the seaweed tartar.

<p>Seaweed is also known as goemon, the name given to red, green or brown seaweed.</p>
<h3>What kind of seaweed can you find in Brittany?</h3>
<p>Nori, sea lettuce, dulse and sea spaghetti. Seaweed is harvested all year round, except in summer. On the Côte du Goëlo, between Lannion and Bréhat Island, 250 hectares of seaweed fields are cultivated. A real maritime treasure.</p>

<p>Our gîtes are spacious, light-filled houses. These charming houses, typical of the Breton countryside, have been renovated with particular care, using noble materials and beautiful objects found at the region's flea markets and attics. If you're keen to observe the rebirth of nature, there's a pretty country garden where you can listen to the birds chirping.

5 reasons to come in spring?

Yellow oilskins are typical of the clothing worn by fishermen in Brittany. They've now been adopted by everyone. A dressing room classic.

<p>Like striped jumpers, yellow oilskins are an emblem of Brittany, the seaside and fishing.
Originally, they were a work garment consisting of a vareuse (jacket) and a wax-oiled hood that protected sailors and fishermen in rough weather. Yellow to spot men who have fallen overboard!
Under the impetus of Guy Cotten between the 40s and 60s, the oilskin became the garment we know today: WATERPROOF.
A must-have for our wardrobes. It's always in fashion all over the world, and is the perfect companion for all your outings.</p>

<p>Put on your yellow foulies** and your boots. Don't forget your landing nets and buckets... All that's left to do is choose <strong>your beach</strong>.
High tide is the perfect time for fishing on foot. At low tide, the beaches open up as far as the eye can see, to the delight of young and old alike.
In the sand: spiders, razor clams, clams, scallops...
In the rocks: prawns, crabs, lobsters, crab, mussels, abalone... Something for all shellfish lovers!

<h1>CONDITIONS OF SALE</h1>
<p>Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your gîtes and gardens.
Departures <strong>before 10am</strong>. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.</p>
<p><strong>The price</strong> : The price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating).
For the guest houses: la maison d'Amandine, le repère de Julie &amp; le rêve de Jules: wood is provided <strong>from 15 September to 15 May</strong>. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of compressed wood. Additional logs: €8 per pack.</p>
<h2>BOOKING</h2>
<p><strong>Payment</strong> Reservations become effective once we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled their stay. In this case, the gîte will be offered for rental again and no refund will be made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> is €300.</p>
<p><strong>Tourist tax</strong> is €0.85 per night per adult.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong>
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or by email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the les Cirés Jaunes
1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid.
2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% deposit retained by the owner.
3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner.
4 - Shortened stays or no-shows are non-refundable and the owner may re-let your stay.

<p><strong>Capacity</strong> This contract is for a specific number of people.</p>
<h2>YOUR DEPARTURE</h2>
<p><strong>On your departure</strong>, we will carry out an inventory of fixtures together.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> will be returned on your departure, if the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay does not reveal any damage, loss or insufficient cleaning. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at new price and deducted from the security deposit.</p>
<p><strong>Cleaning</strong>
Cleaning service is compulsory</p>

<li>2-bedroom gîte: €80</li>
<li>3-bedroom gîte: €100</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have subscribed to the cleaning service, all you have to do is put the dishes away, empty the bins and sweep up. Thank you for leaving the gîte in good condition.</p>
<h2>YOUR STAY</h2>
<p>**Dogs ** are accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. 5 € per day per dog 1 DOG PER GITE.</p>
<p>**Houses are strictly non-smoking **.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday accommodation insurance</strong> Check with your insurance company to see whether your comprehensive home insurance policy includes an extension for holiday accommodation. If not, we advise you to take out holiday insurance.</p>

<p>All our gîtes are equipped with wood-burning stoves. Wood is supplied from October to the end of April - 4 boxes of 8 logs or equivalent for a week's rental. Before your arrival, we will prepare a fire for you to light.</p>
<h3>Selective sorting.</h3>
<p>We ask our guests to sort their rubbish. A gesture for the planet</p>
<h4>Yellow bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>All metal packaging: tins, cans, aluminium trays, aerosols, coffee capsules.</li>
<li>All paper and cardboard packaging in the yellow bin: food cartons, pizza boxes, egg cartons, paper bags, yoghurt pots.</li>
<li>All plastic packaging: water bottles, orange juice, toothpaste tubes.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Brown or green bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Anything that cannot be recycled.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Black bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Put glass bottles and jam jars separately, without metal, plastic or other caps.</li>
</ul>
<p>If the bins are not sorted, or are sorted incorrectly, they will no longer be collected by the waste collection company. We will therefore deduct from your deposit the time spent doing this for you (€50 per hour).</p>
